As we embrace this new era, we have made the decision to retire our Insight™ microbiome test. Over the years, Insight™ has played a pivotal role in raising global awareness of gut health and supporting individuals across Australia in better understanding their microbiomes.

If you are among the many individuals dealing with gut symptoms — and with 1 in 3 people experiencing gut-related issues, we know you may be — our new clinical products are here to help. These advanced tests provide deeper insights to help you and your healthcare professional identify the causes of your symptoms and guide more effective diagnosis and treatment options.

FAQs for Consumers & Patients

The Insight™ microbiome test will no longer be available for purchase after midnight on November 3, 2024.

To see if our new clinical products could help you, please fill out this form, and we’ll help connect you with a healthcare professional who can assess and prescribe a test.

Please return your sample by post before November 30, 2024. Just follow the instructions inside your kit to complete your sample and return it.

If you received your kit within the last 18-20 months, we encourage you to complete your sample and send it to the lab. However, please note that kits older than 12 months are not eligible for a refund.

Downloads of Insight™ reports ceased on January 31, 2025. If you still need access, please contact us directly.
